We can trace our roots back to 2002 and the development of the revolutionary Digital Cervicography System (DCS) – This development proved to be a market leader in its first year of operation and continues to this day as the leading solution of its type in the market.

Following on from DCS Heridian’s founders developed the telemedicine and remote access infrastructure and services for very advanced medical systems detecting Melanoma with partners in Australia where nearly 20% of the population are affected by skin cancer at some time in their lives.

After a period of significant on the ground research in Africa and Asia the market will see, starting in 2009, the evolution and growth of Heridian and its technology portfolio into a significant force in the provision of remote diagnostic services to industry professionals around the world.

Heridian is focused on the development of telemedicine platforms that use increasingly sophisticated multimedia tools as a means of capturing diagnostic quality data that is securely channeled through the internet to diagnosticians remote from the patient in need.

Heridian makes its tools available to government and their health service, health service organizations, independent medical providers, aid agencies and NGOs and disaster relief organizations as well as offering ZERO investment solutions directly to the medical profession.

Our primary aim is to develop very high quality and function medical diagnostic software and to make available very affordable remote diagnosis  products and services to those markets where availability of local specialists is difficult for the patient communities  Further, that the tools provided by Heridian can be operated by a wide range of health care workers with minimum health system infrastructure investment, and in the future even be initiated by patient self sampling to maximize the service coverage of the communities to available doctors.

As Heridian proves the performance of its systems in our target markets, we intend to seek partnering opportunities with relevant benevolent organizations and government agencies to accelerate and extend our operations into the more remote rural areas.

As our company grows, our challenge will be to strike a balance between our commercial objectives to reward our shareholders and our capacity to contribute to healthier communities.
