Peter is co-founder, chief architect and designer of the i-MED Portal.

He is an energetic, motivated and highly experienced IT Executive who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse and multi-cultural teams of professionals around the world to new levels of success in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast-paced environments.

Strong technical and business capabilities with an impressive track record of more than 30 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, IT function and business unit development, project and product development and management, and business systems deployment strategies.

Proven ability to successfully analyse an organisation's critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving company product and service offerings.

Peter has held several senior positions in Europe and Asia with the Black and Decker Corporation after which he served as global head and Director of IT for the Chiaphua Group based in Hong Kong.  Chiaphua is one of the world's largest producers of small domestic electrical appliances and cordless power tools with more than 15,000 worldwide. 

Starting in the late 90s Peter launched a series of his own businesses in Hong Kong, Rwanda, South Korea, Sweden, Tanzania and the UK working in the information technology field designing, manufacturing and marketing a range of innovative products and services.

After a 2 year term as head of the Rwanda Information Technology Authority Peter returned to Europe to launch the Heridian businesses in 2008.

Kunjan is co-founder of Heridian. He has an established track record in business transformations, operational mergers, change management and in turning around companies.

Working with management and employees he has been instrumental in guiding the creation of six successful, motivated and focused organizations.

Along the way he has coached and trained well over a thousand managers in leadership, team management and business management skills.

With over 15 years of operational line management and some consulting experience he has worked with well-known companies such as British Telecom, France Telecom/Orange Mobile, Nestlé and Silicon Graphics.

Kunjan's credentials include an MBA from one of the world's highly regarded schools, IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

He has worked in the USA, UK, Switzerland, Holland, Denmark, Italy, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Soad, currently Chief Executive Officer, CEO of Bioring SA, Switzerland, brings more than 20 years of global experience in the medical device industry, gained in Europe and the US.

Prior to Bioring, Soad was Vice President Europe for ev3, a public company created in 2001 focused in endovascular technologies.

Prior to this, Soad served as Global Director of Marketing for Medtronic based in California, where she was an active part of the integration of several acquired businesses. She also held several operational management positions for Boston Scientific, Meadox and Hitachi.

Soad holds an MBA in international business from the EM Lyon as well as a biomedical engineering degree from the Science University of Lyon.
