This document sets forth the Heridian Online Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") for this Web site, www.heridian.co.uk (the "Site").  If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access this Site.

In connection with your downloaded Software and Support-related activities on the Site, Heridian will ask you to provide certain personal information.
