i-MED Portal is designed to handle your highly sensitive case details and images:

  • All communications are via our servers to your nominated recipients and their nominated and password-authenticated computers only
  • i-MED Portal server storage is used as a data interchange point for your data which once successfully delivered is purged.
  • All communication is fully secured using strong 256-bit AES encryption and compression technology.

No viruses

No Spyware, no Adware policy

According to Heridian policy, no Spyware or Adware of any kind are included in the i-MED Client 2009 software.

Heridian will not install any additional software on your system and will not be able to access any of your personal data.

Additional Precautions

  • Keep your password safe at all times
  • Do NOT use a username and password sent to you by anyone - Always use your own.
  • Choose a password that's long enough and difficult to guess.
  • Only exchange cases details with known and trusted recipients and do not accept the offer of evaluative services from unknown parties.
